For over 25 years, Diane has been helping clients staff their organizations and grow their businesses. Her experience in consulting services and corporate human resources has equipped her with a well-rounded awareness of the challenges clients face in today’s employment landscape. Diane began her career in executive search with Management Recruiters International (MRI), and then transitioned to human resources, gaining expertise in compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and succession planning. She has worked for such firms as AT&T, Qwest, Dial, Western Digital, and American Express.  more
