Kathleen is a founding member of the Arizona Human Resource Leadership Forum, a professional organization and vital force in addressing and providing current perspectives on complex and challenging human resource and business issues.  She is also a highly regarded keynote speaker on recruiting techniques, processes and entrepreneurship.

While attending college, she developed strong professional and communication skills working as a Quality Circle Facilitator at Honeywell. After graduation, and prior to founding Duffy Group, she spent over eight years honing her skills in research and search development as the Director of Research for Tirocchi-Wright, Inc., a national retained executive search consulting firm.

Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Arizona State University. As an avid Sun Devil – Kathleen serves on the ASU Alumni Council and is a member of the ASU President’s Club. Committed to continuous learning, Kathleen is a member of Vistage International, the world’s foremost chief executive leadership organization

Kathleen’s passion for serving her community led her to the National Charity League, one of the nations most distinctive and well-respected mother-daughter membership organizations.  NCL is committed to the development of its members as leaders, and is dedicated to volunteerism and supporting philanthropies through hands-on activities in local communities.  Serving on the Moon Valley Chapter’s Board as VP Membership, President- Elect, President, and Past President, Kathleen and her daughter Teresa donate their time to Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure, Desert Mission Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
