We helped our client fill 34 critical positions in 45 days!
Scenario
To maintain compliance with their new contract, our client, a prominent Arizona healthcare provider, was tasked with filling over 50 positions within an aggressive timeline. The task was extensive – positions needed to be filled in several different functional areas. The client’s staff of dedicated recruiters was already at full capacity with other recruitment initiatives. So, for them to take on this effort was an unrealistic expectation.
Strategy
The recruiting project was put out to bid. We presented a performance-based fee arrangement that enabled us to utilize all levels of our services – executive search, professional-level sourcing, and contract HR to ensure that positions would be filled in a timely manner by qualified candidates. The synergy of our combined services was attractive to the client as it provided a one-stop-shop experience.
We began the project acting as an extension of the client’s HR team. In a seamless fashion to candidates and Hiring Managers, we helped fill these critical positions. We managed the entire process including: advertising, sourcing, internal recruitment, scheduling and interviewing, reference checks, and background investigations. When an offer was ready to be extended the process was handed back to the client to complete the hire.
Results
In total, Duffy filled 53 critical positions in three separate phases. Phase One called for 50 hires within 45 days, Phase Two required 15 hires and Phase Three was to fill the remaining 10 positions. The final outcome: 68 offers were extended, resulting in 53 hires.
