A cost effective solution that proved successful in uncovering hidden talent for our Higher Education client!
Scenario
The DuffyGroup, Inc. research team was contacted by a private medical school in Phoenix, Arizona. Their recruiting challenge was to attract and hire a Dean of Students from the local area. This higher education professional required student services experience in a graduate setting.
Strategy
