Recruiting research is a multi-step process. We identify, source, contact, screen, and evaluate candidates who meet your professional recruitment requirements. You receive interview notes on each pre-screened prospect, including qualifications based on the core competencies of the position, educational background, current compensation and employment history. All candidates we present to you will have expressed an interest in your position.

Phase 1 - Project Consultation
We consult with you to gain an in-depth understanding of your organization and the specifics of the position or positions you need filled.

Phase 2 - Strategy Development
Our Project Directors are tenured professionals in the recruiting business. Your project will be led by a Project Director who will select a team of researchers whose background and expertise best suits your needs. The team then develops a strategy that is approved by you before implementation begins.

Phase 3 - Candidate Identification
We identify potential candidates within target companies who are successfully performing the same job you are seeking to fill by:

Phase 4 - Promoting the Opportunity
We present your opportunity to candidates at the target companies and determines if there is a potential match for the position you need filled.

Phase 5 - Candidate Profiling
We interview qualified, interested candidates based on the specific job requirements you provide us.

Phase 6 - Presentation of Qualified Candidates and Research Report
We present profiles of qualified and interested candidates for you to review. We also submit a report specifying all candidates contacted and those who do not meet the specifications for the position you're currently seeking, but could be viable candidates for future positions.
